Use this kit to route your probe into your cooker without pinching the cable or causing air leaks.  Simply drill a 1/4" hole, insert brass sleeve, secure with collar, cover cable with split silicone tube, and pass probe into cooker.  Accommodates cooker wall thicknesses up to 3/8".  Includes brass sleeve, collar with set screw, silicone cable protector, and allen wrench.
